The Community hub inside HelpCenter lets you post 4 types of content. These are Ideas, Questions, Problems and Discussions. Each of these serves a particular purpose.

When your have something to discuss with us, post a discussion within the community. It's a great way to debate and collaborate.

You can ask specific questions about our business, within your community hub. 

Problems are issues that you face when interacting with us. Please describe the problem(s) you faced. Evvos may convert the 'problem' into a support ticket and keep users updated on its status.

Ideas from users often lead to new directions for us and help us identify and implement new, userful features. Other users can vote on ideas which will help identify which ideas we may implement first.
