Asociate a Device with a Different Application
Implement a functionality for Admin users to associate a device with a different application (change the application for a device).
Add Provider Device Id in Device Grid and Device Details Page
In order to quickly find a Provider Device Id for a device, it will be good to have the display Provider Device Id in the device grid page (filer will be nice as well) as well as in the device details page.

Add at least one default metric in Trends. Select Application, Device, and Period. Graph is loaded with the Battery Voltage as a pre-selected metric.
